Servant Leadership Workshop
We have organized 10 sessions to help understand servant leadership
Introduction to Servant Leadership Workshop
Servant Leadership is not a lecture-style workshop, but one that guides participants to discover paths and find answers by sharing their own opinions.
This methodology uses the most effective educational approach, with each session analyzing situations in an organization called KSM to illuminate our leadership.
Servant Leadership is about becoming the leader God desires.
Servant Leadership doesn't deny your existing leadership style but helps you acknowledge yourself and add what's lacking.
Servant Leadership encourages understanding not only your own leadership style but also others', to see how team ministry and people-building can be done.
